Rev. Dr. Bob Moseley is a native of Chesterfield County. He and his wife, Anne, both graduates of Meadowbrook High School, feel blessed to serve the congregation of Hopewell Church. They reside in her childhood home with their Weimaraner-Greyhound mix, Gaston, and Lynx Point Siamese, Daisy. Their son, Chris Campbell, and his wife, Melanie, live locally, working as an electrician and a nurse, respectively.
Dr. Moseley is a third-career minister, having received his call through his experience on The Walk to Emmaus in 2014. Prior to his call to ministry, Dr. Moseley held an 18-year career in Information Technology, serving 12 years as an Information Security Engineer at McGuireWoods LLP. Prior to that, he served an 18-year career with Ukrop’s Supermarkets, holding various positions at multiple locations.
Dr. Moseley began serving as Pastor of Hopewell Church in July of 2020 and received his Doctor of Ministry in Expository Preaching from Liberty Theological Seminary in April of 2026. In addition, Dr. Moseley holds an undergraduate degree in Christian Leadership and Management from Liberty University and a Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies from the Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University.
Dr. Moseley has a passion for serving the Lord, the congregation, and the community surrounding Hopewell Church. He is active with the Aliyah Foundation and has served in both the Kairos Prison Ministry and The Walk to Emmaus. In addition, he has also been a member of multiple medical mission teams with The Friends of Barnabas Foundation, serving in Honduras.
