In the final message of the series “Do You See Him?”, we turn to Mark 6:45–56, where the disciples find themselves exhausted, struggling against the wind, and unable to recognize Jesus as He comes to them across the water.
In “He’s in the Storm,” we explore the deeper meaning behind Jesus walking on the sea, His words, “Take courage. It is I. Do not be afraid,” and the significance of the Greek phrase egō eimi—“I am.” With Isaiah 43 as a backdrop, this message reminds us that Jesus does not always remove the storm immediately, but He is present in the midst of it.
The question that has guided this entire series now becomes personal: after everything we have seen and heard, do we truly see Him for who He is?
